When you created an account on our website, you are automatically signed up to the Ginseng Club.
Where can I find the main menu of the Ginseng Club?
The main menu of the Ginseng Club is located at the bottom right corner of your browser.
How do I check my current status?
Go to "VIP Tiers" from the main menu, you can see your current tier and progress to the next tier. You can also check what perks you can get in the next tier.
How do I refer a friend?
You can find your unique referral link from the "Referral Program" tab. Share this link with your friends and make sure they checkout using this link. Both you and your friends will get a reward when done.
