The Ginseng Club is our very own loyalty program that lets you earn health points and redeem credits to use on our site. Here is how it works:

Step 2: Earn You can earn health points by spending on our website, referring a friend, or interacting on our social media platforms. |
Step 3: Redeem Redeem $10 for every 1,000 health points you earn. |
Shipping fee will not generate health points.
VIP Tier
Advance to a higher tier to earn health points faster!

On the 1st of January every year, VIP tiers will reset to Emerald. This may sound like a setback, but rather its an opportunity to earn 10% off coupon every year, instead of once off!
NOTE: Total points will not be affected by the resetting of VIP tiers.
Earning Health Points
There are many ways to earn health points. You can earn 1 - 3 health points per dollar spent on our website. Get 500 health points every time you refer a friend who has completed an order on our website. Every now and then we run challenges and opportunities to earn extra health points.
Redeeming Health Points
You can redeem your discount coupon using the health points you have earned. The conversion rate is 1,000 health points = $10. You can redeem a maximum of 10,000 health points ($100) at a time. The redeemed coupon will be added to your account automatically. You can use it on anything on our website and there is no minimum spend. You must use it within 30 days of redemption.
Health Points Expiration
Total health points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
For example, you have 2,000 points after your last purchase. If you haven't interacted with our website (by earning or redeeming health points) for the next 12 months, you will lose all your 2,000 points. On the other hand, if you engaged in activities that affects your total points during that period, the expiry date will be reset.
