Get ready to move your body and feel your muscles work in our fitness class. Catered to all fitness levels, over 45 minutes we will focus on moving your body in a way that makes you feel good and strong.

What to expect:

During this 45 minute class we will do a warm up and stretch, followed by body weight and weighted exercises and finish with a stretch and cool down. Each week will be a different structure ranging from circuits to boot camp style to different challenges.

What to bring/wear:

  • comfy exercise clothes
  • joggers
  • a towel
  • a water bottle
  • gym/yoga mat (optional)

You can use your "Grab a Spot" credit to exchange for a class pass.

Conversion rate:

1 "Grab a Spot" credit = 1 class pass
